If you are in rush, you can also try the nail decals which are available in bubble shapes. But if you want to do it by yourself, you will need the required nail colors along with the tools to apply the required designs.
For a simple bubble nail art, you will need white and blue nail color. You can apply the shape of the bubbles with the nail polish brush but if you want to make it accurate, you might need a dotting tool of the required size to have the perfect size. Instead of a single blue shade, you can use more blue shades to create a variety on the bubbles.
Have your nails prepared by cleaning and drying them. Apply a base color which could be white or any light shade of blue. If the white nail color doesn’t get the right amount on the first coating, then you can wait and have few more coating of the white polish to bring on the right color. Next, apply the blue bubbles by using a dotting tools or the nail polish brush.

You can apply the bubbles randomly or in any specific direction. Let the dots dry and then you can use a thin brush to apply a white line on each bubble to give it a creative look. You can make it look soapier by applying white dots in the middle of the bubbles. If you want to add some stuffed toys, draw them on different nails on top of the bubbles.
