1. Carrot and Lemon Juice.
How To Make this Vegetable Juice: Grate or chop carrots after washing and peeling the outer skin. Blend the carrots with sufficient water to create a juice like consistency. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix. Refrigerate before serving. Garnish with a stalk of celery or mint. Consume the juice without adding sugar or any sweetener. If you have a sweet tooth, pour a few drops of honey into it
. 2. Cabbage and Ginger Juice.
How To Make this Vegetable Juice: Peel the cucumber and lemon first. Add the grated ginger and some cayenne pepper in the juicer. Pour in water and mix well. You may also pour in some parsley leaves. Blend together and garnish with mint. Serve it with ice cubes.
3. Spinach (Igbo-Okazi, Yoruba-Soko) Juice
How To Make this Vegetable Juice: Mix all the vegetables after peeling off cucumber and chopping others. Blend them all together for a few minutes.
