Lisa Folawiyo set to debut Spring/Summer 2015 Collection at 1st Solo New York Showcase

Watch out New York, Lisa Folawiyo is coming!

Nigerian Designer Lisa Folawiyo of Jewel by Lisa will be presenting her Spring/Summer 2015 collection in the big apple (New York City) with an intimate show at Ladurée SoHo on Saturday 6th September 2014 for press and buyers.

The brand was recently re-branded to her namesake Lisa Folawiyo in a bid to greater align the brand name with the brand’s aesthetic. The Lisa Folawiyo line remains under the Jewel by Lisa Group.

Over the years Lisa has showcased on a number of platforms including the Ethical Fashion Initiative at Alta Roma in Italy, the Vogue Talents Exhibition in collaboration with Vogue Italia in Milan, the Pitta W Tradeshow in Florence, Italy and the always anticipated Lagos Fashion & Design Week.

Speaking on her upcoming showcase Lisa said “I have received such immense support from the early stages of my career, both home and abroad – this has created a platform for my brand to be viable outside of Nigeria. Many years later, I am thrilled to be embarking on my first solo show in New York and announcing the rebranding of the collection“.
